INVESTORS & MEDIA Dividends DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN CMA has introduced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) which gives shareholders the option to receive all or part of their dividends in the form of additional shares in CMA Corporation Limited, rather than in cash, and provides a platform for shareholders to increase their investment in CMA. Subject to law and the DRP Rules, participation in the DRP is available only to CMA shareholders with a registered address in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or the United Kingdom. Participation in the DRP is entirely optional. Shareholders may opt to participate for all or part of their holding in CMA shares. If you do not wish to participate in the DRP, no action on your part is necessary, and you will continue to receive cash for all your CMA dividends. If you do wish to participate in the DRP for future dividends declared by CMA, you will need to complete an Online Application at the following address: www.computershare.com.au/easyupdate/cmv
To access the above website, you will need to enter your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN) as well as your postcode (for Australian resident shareholders) or country (for shareholders resident outside of Australia). Your SRN or HIN can be located on your shareholder statement or other correspondence from Computershare. Before deciding whether to participate in the DRP, please read the Information Booklet for Shareholders, which you can view here, and also consider obtaining your own independent advice (including tax advice).
